Major expansion boost for Swansea business

Local AM Mike Hedges has welcomed the news that a Swansea-based internet wholesale giftware company that imports and exports goods all over the world has completed a major expansion, created 14 new jobs and trebled its operating space.

Something Different Wholesale has invested over £250,000 in the expansion which was supported by £150,000 from the Welsh Labour Government’s Wales Economic Growth Fund and officially launches its new Wholesale Showroom on Monday November 19. The business has moved from an 8,000 square foot facility on Swansea Enterprise Park to 30,000 sq ft premises on the Morganite Works site in Llansamlet.

Welsh Labour’s Business Minister Edwina Hart said she was delighted to hear of another expansion successfully concluded through Welsh Government support.
